Our Site provides educational content, online courses, and digital products related to photography, photo retouching, and freelance. You may use our services for personal and educational purposes only.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.

To access our streaming courses and retouching tools (panels), you will be prompted to create an account via an automated email upon purchase.

By purchasing our Products, you agree to NOT resell or redistribute these products to others. Any redistribution of our Products on physical memory devices or cloud storage, via forums, websites, or any other medium is a violation of these terms.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit the course content in any manner that violates copyright laws or our intellectual property rights. You cannot modify or superficially alter any of our Products and resell them as your own. You may not dissect our Products to use the parts in your own products.
Access to purchased courses is limited to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared with others.

Our services are proudly operated by Queenscliff Global LLC from our offices in the United States.
If you’re joining us from outside the U.S., we kindly ask that you follow any local laws that apply to you. We’re excited to share our content with you, but please make sure you’re using it in a way that aligns with the rules and regulations of your country.
As of August 2020, our courses are hosted on the Kajabi streaming platform. You can log into your course library using the email address you purchased the courses with here: Customer Login.
If you purchased our old downloadable courses, please reach out to our Customer Support team providing the email address you purchased them with.
All courses are streamed online and are not available for download, except for the bonus materials and practice files included in the courses.
By purchasing our educational video courses, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the course content for personal and educational purposes only.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time to ensure quality and relevance. While we strive to provide lifetime access, we do not guarantee indefinite availability due to potential updates, technical limitations, or business operations changes.
